At The Bomb Head Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number included inside and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
