How is my order packaged for shipping?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers with no mention of 'The Bomb Head Shop' or the contents on the outside of the package.
What is your return policy for glass items?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used or contains residue.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
While we pack every item with extreme care, glass can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as secure cryptocurrency payments for added anonymity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Please check your local laws regarding the legality of specific items before placing an international order.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
